He describes it as "very clean, great running, great driving, terrific looking car that you will be proud to own, drive and show - at a fraction of the the price of a '57 Chevy Belair 2 door hard top". The beautiful red and white paint job shows with nice depth in the colors. All the exterior chrome is in excellent condition. The original Ford wheel covers are very nice along with the '63 Thunderbird spinners on the front wheels. How many '57 Fords do you see with flush fender skirts? Many are too full of bondo and the wheel openings are out of contour - these are correct! The car is updated with a Ford 302 V8 engine and a C-4 transmission, power steering, dual master cylinder standard brakes (no power brakes), AM/FM cassette radio, dual exhaust with glass packs and nearly new wide whitewall radial tires. He believes the odometer was set to zero after the restoration, however there are no receipts or documentation to prove it. Please call John at 973-445-0489.
