Front and Rear differential fluid changed by Sears Auto last week. Technically a 1 owner vehicle as the 2 owners shown was because truck was under my sisters name and I transferred it over to my name, but I was the only owner. It is a family owned daily driver. we dropoff and pickup our toddlers in this truck everyday as well as take it to and from work which is nearby so miles will vary slightly. It has never been in an accident, as the report is showing. The "minor issue/accident in report" was because of common rear panel crack that every explorer gets from normal use. Ford dealership, where it was bought new, didn't want to pay for it so I went thru insurance to have it fixed. Unfortunately and unknowingly, due to me being naïve at the time, it negatively showed up in the report as an "accident".
