History This 1997 Porsche 911 Targa was leased new by from Champion Porsche in Florida towards the end of 1996. Owner moved a long with this car to Southern California two years later where the cars has resided ever since and then later sold by Beverly Hills Porsche. - 1997 Porsche 911 Targa - Black with Black Supple Leather- 8 way power seats with crest in headrest- On-Board Computer- Air Conditioning- Alarm System- Porsche Sound System- Third Brake Light Clean CARFAX and AUTOCHECK Condition I have included over 100 HI RES PICSI have used a very powerful lens and have not touched up any of the pictures. The car is in EXCELLENT condition and is completely stock. The body is straight with no rust, dents, or dings. The car has always been garage kept. Paint has been washed/waxed regularly and is very shiny with some small rock chips on the front commensurate with miles. I had the front bumper resprayed about 1 year ago. Seat bolster's look very good, with driver's having slightly more wear than passengers. Absolutely no tears or rips or any redyeing of the leather. I've included pics of the interior with both flash on and off to get a better idea of the interior. No cracks at all on the dash, all buttons and functions work perfectly.AC blows ice cold - Heater blows hot, both work excellent. Rear spoiler works perfectly. Button under e-brake to control it manually works perfectly and spoiler also deploys/retracts automatically at proper speed. Glass top has no cracks, scratches or leaks. Motor and sunshade work perfectly, opening and closing smoothly. Targa sunshade is flawless with no marks, rips or tears. Windows go up and down smoothly, I replaced all window switches with new OEM one's and replaced window regulators. Door check straps recently done at Vision Motorsports in Laguna Hills, CA. (TIG welded). Wheels are perfect, no curb rash with OEM wheel locks and key. Tires are brand new Yokohama S-Drive in stock size installed less than 300 miles ago. All books and folders, jack, air compressor, full toolkit, and original spare tire all included. 2 keys with immobilizer/fobs. Brand new unused Porsche OEM floor-mats included. Recently passed CA smog. PLEASE SEE HI-RES photos below. I have put as many detailed pictures and close ups as I could and no pictures have been touched up at all. Please see the CARFAX and AUTOCHECK reports Here are the flaws: On the driver's side rear hatch near the bottom left corner is a small scratch a little less than an inch long. Detailed photo: Very small scratch or tear on top of driver's door panel. Close up pic: Car is completely stock other than previous owner installed an arm rest. I'm not a fan of aftermarket/non-original parts however if fits SO well and looks SO OEM that I never unscrewed and removed it. It can be removed leaving no trace of it ever being there in less than a couple minutes with a screwdriver if you would like (I can promise you you will not remove it if you buy the car, it matches that well and is quite comfortable and great for extra storage). Although I am a collector and have had this car for sometime, if you are the winning bidder and live in California I have to collect CA sales tax and $40 smog certificate fee. I don't ever charge a doc fee or anything that is not mandatory. If the winning bidder is not in California none of the above is applicable and you can figure the tax and registration out in your own state or country. Clean CA title in hand.
