This is a gorgeous 1962 Ford Thunderbird; beautifully restored, paint. interior, etc. The color was changed by the previous owner who owned a professional body shop. The paint is incredible, with no flaws, and with only about 50 miles since restoration. The 390 V8 runs very nice and strong, and transmission shifts great too, with no leaks. The brakes are excellent and steers tight. Here is a list of what's been done to the best of my knowledge... 1. Stripped down bare and repainted to a high standard in beautiful dark brown metallic, with off-white top.(originally all black) 2. Re-chromed bumpers. 3. New weather stripping. 4. New headliner. 5. New seat covers and cushions. 6. New carpeting. 7. NOS rear window. 8. New mufflers. 9. New trunk lining. 10.New tires 11. New kelsey Hays spoke wheels. 12. New shift plate and handle. 13. Rebuilt Carburetor. There's probable quite a bit more... What doesn't work to the best of knowledge..... Radio. Clock. Fuel and temp gauges. cigarette lighter.
