Re-listing due to non-pay. Deposit is non-refundable. 1972 Cadillac Coupe Deville I bought the car in November 2014 from a dealer. Cadillac offered dealers special aftermarket items that weren't production for dealer owners, contests, and top sales people. When I bought the vehicle I was told the two-tone interior was one of the custom options they offered, but for argument's sake let's say it's not the original interior... According to Haggerty, Barrett Jackson, and Frank Nicodemus the value of a classic is affected when it's not original and 1) the vehicle is rare, 2) or worth over $25K. No piker offers. My plan was to do a complete restoration, which wouldn't take much, but I have too many restorations going on at the same time (5) and it'll be another year or two before I'll even get to touch this car. It has a black exterior that when it's shined up it looks awesome, but it does have the broken tail light and rust near the rear wheel. I'm a perfectionist, and don't take my cars out until they're spot on... Even so, when I have taken her for a spin there hasn't been one time in which people don't stop me, and I get the multiple head nods and thumbs up. It's just a bad ass classy Cadillac that should be in a movie. It's a black and Tan leather interior that still smells like a showroom vehicle. There's not that musty mildew old car stink that some older cars have from leaks. The glass is perfect and the chrome shines so bright you have to wear shades or it'll blind you!!! As you can see by the pictures the interior is pretty darn nice. Also the trunk looks new, solid, no rust. Even though I haven't driven it much I've always maintained it, fixed a slight exhaust leak, 4 new tires, and it has never been parked outside. Less than 35,000 original miles. Options are power eight way seat, power windows, power door locks, tilt steering wheel. All interior wood trim is just like new. Exterior stainless trim and all chrome. There's no shortage of Cadillac's on the market, but Black 2 Door Coupe's aren't seen very often. Other ad's on comparable Black 2 Door Cadillac DeVille Coupe's are priced much higher, than I'am asking.
