You are looking at my 1964 Suzuki T10. I bought this T10 back in 2005 in South Jersey. A friend of mine saw it in a yard sale and thought it was a Honda Dream, he told me about it because I have a white 305 Dream. According to Suzuki sources it is a 1964. Supposedly the T10 was not imported to the US, in the US it was TC 250 El Camino, I think... I'm not sure how it got into the US, the guy I got it from mentioned he thought the original owner bought it overseas. The bike was pretty rough when I first saw it, it sat in a shed for 20 or so years, but it was cool and unique. It had 6100 miles on it when I got it. The guy said he rode it for a few years, but it just got slower and slower and just stopped running. He mentioned if he squirted gas in the sparkplug holes it would start, but he couldn't keep it running. I did a complete "refresh" on the bike, the frame and black parts were painted with Sikkens single stage 2-part. I installed new crank seals, new Std. size piston rings, and all new seals and gaskets. The crank seals were the worst I have ever seen, no wonder it wouldn't run. The carbs and petcock were rebuilt with new rebuild kits. The bike runs really nice now, it has more torque than the 250 Yamaha twins of the 60's. It's pretty advanced for a 2-stroke twin, it has electric starting, auto ignition advance and a hydraulic steering damper. The shift pattern is neutral at the top and all down for the 4 gears, it takes a little while to get used to it. There is no oil injection on this bike, you use pre-mix. There is a clear fuel line that runs top to bottom on the left front of the gas tank, kinda like a analog fuel gauge. Most of the hardware is chrome, with the Suzuki "S" on the bolt heads, a neat touch. I've only used this bike at shows or vintage events and have only put a few hundred miles on it, I've never had it registered. I don't have a title (EBay only lets you select clear for the title) , I was told these bikes only came with a Certificate of Origin. I will give you a Bill of Sale. This Suzuki draws lots of attention, since most people have never seen one. Everything works as it should. I don't keep gas in it, the pre-mix doesn't stay very fresh for long and fouls up the carbs and stinks up the garage. Some of the chrome is pitted, but it shows well, and it is original. I didn't have any chrome work done since the last plating shop ruined some of my sheet metal parts with too much belt sanding. It has a cool old set of Pirellis on it, they have some dry rot, but they look good on the bike and could be original. I have a set of turn signals, a rear luggage rack and passenger pegs that came with the bike. I have the original Owners Manual. In some of the pictures the bike looks yellowish, but in the sun its an vintage white. If you're a Suzuki nut or you like the early 2-stroke twins you will really like this bike, it's fun to ride.
