Up for sale is a very clean 2012 Triumph Tiger Explorer in excellent condition! I'm the only owner and bought the motorcycle brand new from a local Triumph Detroit dealership. The title on the bike is free and clear and in hand with no lien on it. The bike has never been down or dropped and is absolutely spotless. The initial service and every oil change has been performed by the technicians at the same dealership I bought it from. I had brand new Metzeler Tourance NEXT tires intalled last riding season. The tires have less than 1 year of miles on them and have plenty of tread left. I've also properly winterized the bike every winter as well. It really is ready to ride today! This bike is fast! It has a 1200 CC triple engine and it is sneaky quick! Under normal riding it growls and has gobs of torque and really has a sound all its own. However once you get on it and run the RPMs to redline it pulls like a freight train and sounds like a Ferrari or Lamborghini. Do any research online and you won't read a negative thing about this triple! This Tiger Explorer comes with Triumph aluminum side panniers, not some aftermarket cheap saddle bags. The side panniers have the Triumph badge embossed into them and are big enough to fit a full face helmet in the one side. I also had the Triumph heated grips and the tire pressure monitor system (TPMS) professionally installed on the bike before taking delivery. The heated grips have 2 settings and work very well. The tire pressure monitor system shows you the tire pressure for each individual tire in real time. Overall the bike has about $1500 in accessories installed on it. This motorcycle comes with a ton of features as well. First off is factory cruise control! Not a throttle lock, true cruise control that will regulate your speed based on hills and wind. You can also increase and decrease your speed by 1 MPH increments just like a car. This alone makes those long rides much more enjoyable! You also get standard ABS and traction control. The front windshield is adjustable and can be easily raised and lowered without tools. It also has a single sided swing arm for easy tire changes and it just looks plain cool! The bike is also shaft driven so you never have to lube, clean or adjust a chain. The rider seat is adjustable and can be raised and lowered by an inch or two in no time without tools. The rear suspension has a remote adjuster so you don't have to climb underneath to set the suspension. It also has a center-stand, not seen on many bikes and makes washing and cleaning much easier. You also get access to all kinds of real time information while you ride including current MPG, average MPG, average speed, outside temperature, gear position indicator, and a clock! The Tiger Explorer also ALWAYS stands out wherever you take it. You see lots of the BMW 1200GS and other adventure bikes but the styling, sound, and engine configuration make it so unique. You won't be just another cruiser or sport bike like everyone else rides. In the three years I've owned this bike its been nothing but reliable, dependable, and fun. I've camped in New York on it and ridden it to the Tail Of The Dragon in North Carolina and Tennessee. I've even included a couple pics of me on the bike riding the Dragon.
