Pretty rare find. This car is a two-door coupe, NOT a convertible. It is a 450 SL-C with a V8 engine and Automatic Transmission This car belongs to my parents and has been in the family for the past 25 years. I have the original window sticker, owners manuals, and misc build plate and data as pictured. It has been garage kept and unmolested. The only change has been the newer Mercedes wheels, and aftermarket radio. The interior is in great condition with some normal minimum wear on seat and a few small cracks starting to form on the dash pad. It cranks and runs/shifts fine. It has on original 81k miles on it currently. It has been a NORTH CAROLINA car since new. Purchased by a Doctor originally in Benson then Southern Pines NC, and then by my parents after he became unable to drive it due to his failing health. We are selling the car simply because it is an extra one that we simply do not use anymore, and we hate for it to go to waste as I am sure there is a collector or enthusiast out there that would like to own it, and my parents have just retired and want some travel money! I do not tell you the detailed info on the car to drive up the price, but simply to give you some history that I have available. I fully understand the age of the vehicle and do not expect to sell it as a classic exotic car, hence the price is reflected as such to make it affordable. Whomever purchases this car, I would recommend having it transported to your location, as the tires have some cracking and as mentioned it has not been driven daily for a few years (although it has been operated to keep fuel fresh and fluids moving.) All my items are sold as-is, no warranty, no refund, no exchange, no exception. I hold the clear NC Title to this vehicle in-hand and ready to go with the car to the buyer.
