I am selling this 2011 Nissan Versa for my daughter. I have personally helped her maintain it by performing regular oil changes and inspections. I own and work on aircraft and take maintenance seriously. See the attached photos that show professional and owner-performed maintenance. It is in decent driveable condition and everything works. The two front tires have about 1/8 inch tread left. The two rear tires are in excellent condition with 1/4 inch tread left. The right hand mirror works fine but has a hole in the fairing. There is a recall that Nissan has for this vehicle, something about replacing a spring in the front end. This would be performed for free by a dealer. One wheel cover has cracks. Pennsylvania state inspection is due March 2016. This inspection will will be performed by the seller if vehicle does not sell by the end of the month. I believe the vehicle will pass this inspection with flying colors. The engine does not use oil. My daughter says that it does not require adding oil between oil changes. The same goes for the transmission fluid.There are no known OBD (On-Board Diagnostic) codes and no surging. The transmission shifts smoothly. The tires track straight and true. The bank loan was paid off and a new title issued to my daughter. There is a repaired minor dent in the rear hatch that has a crack in the bondo and the white paint does not match well. While I was backing the car up in my yard, there was a small tree with flexible branches that I backed up into. This put a small crack in the rear left tail light assembly and a small dent on the upper left hatchback. The branches of this Japanese maple were flexible but strong. I have repaired this damage as shown in the maintenance records, including a brand new tail light assembly. Since this was a minor mishap, I do not consider it a reportable accident since no major systems were involved. Kelly Blue Book says this car is worth $4730 in fair condition.
