Vehicle Detail
VIN info was for clear title car. Salvage car's VIN is: WDBLJ70G6YF122031 Please view pics. I was going to put together a daily driver from these two cars based on the salvage unit because although sat in the sun, seems a much more taken care of car mechanically. This car also has a much better interior aside from tear in drivers seat. The other car would be a challenge even though it's the clear title. This auction being for both cars puts a lot of spare parts- ...roughly $1000 just in engine and trans that will be spare. Had a new project bump these so as much as I like the CLK's, and want a daily CLK430, I have to set that aside for now. Again, view pics, as a question if needed, good project for a great solid car. I have a '99 CLK430 that is a great running and driving car. It came up from Florida and never saw road salt of the north east. I wanted to put together on of these for a daily all year, all weather driver. These 4.3 V8's at 275hp have some good get up and go to them and sound good when you open them up too. Highway driving must be paid attention as it's easy to end up cruising along 80mph and not realizing it. The project bumping this is a closer to my heart in a vehicle restoration tribute to my Pop- ...only reason I'm cutting these loose. **I would like to keep ONE hood and the dented rear wheel from the one car** Lowered buy it now price is pretty fair for two CLK430's. By the way, this is the third time listed for these cars due to buyers that made offers, ACCEPTED counter offers, and ended the auction with a sale- ...then just disappeared and wasted time. Please do not bid if you cannot pay. Here's how it works just in case the two other 100% positive feedback buyers that cost weeks of time, may not know. You waste a seller's time because you don't follow up your responsibility to complete the transaction you entered. Seller contacts eBay through the Resolution Center most likely after you've ignored a couple of their emails to you. You blow off the eBay Resolution Center notice, or just refuse to take action, and think you're fine. That's great for sellers because you get a strike on your record. Rack up a couple and eBay may remove you from the site. Sellers can't leave negative feedback anymore so this is the resolution- ...shirk your obligations and eventually it will catch up to your account. All that time to get/keep a 100% positive and your account could be closed. It's simple; if you bid/win or buy it now, or ACCEPT counter offer, etc.- ...PAY.
