I have loved driving this car for the past ten years but the time has come say goodbye. We purchased a newer vehicle for my commute. The car was driven on my 70 mile round trip commute to work until recently. The car's engine is still clicking along, I have changed the oil every 3,000- 5,000 miles. The transmission was replaced at 214,000 with a used transmission from Japan. So, this transmission has only 124,000 (plus about 60,000 in Japan) miles on it. Needs a new battery. Will run when boosted. The car's interior is rough. Only one of the exterior door latches work easily as designed. The driver's side interior door handle was replaced within the past cople of yeuars. The cruise control works about half the time. Air conditioning does not work. The knob on the fan control is stripped. The airbag light remains on. Recently, I "discovered" that the title reports "actual mileage unknown". However, Carfax does not note this. I missed this detail when I bought the car. I can estimate from service tickets that the car had about 185,000 miles on it when I bought it in 2005. I am also including a Haynes Camry repair manual and a full tank of gas. The car is being sold here "as is, where is". This means that the buyer assumes full responsibility for the car and I will not deliver it. Buyer, you will be required to put the car's title in your name here in Madison County as you take delivery. Non-refundable deposit of $100 due immediately. Balance due in cash at time of delivery.
