I am selling this for a close family friend who is ready to part with her as he never gets to drive it due to his age. He has continued to have work done on it to make sure she runs good. It has not been driven more than 25 miles in last 15 years. This is a no reserve auction. The previous winning bidder want to pay on a payment plan and the seller prefers one payment. So, we are putting it up again. As you already know, these cars have been increasing in value on a regular basis over the years. There has been over $10,000 in mechanic work done in last several years, to make sure the carburetors are good to go and that she starts up. Aside from having engine and carburetors completely gone over, had the following done last month:New brake lines - 11/2015Flush/bleed brake system - 11/2015Replace coolant bypass hose - 11/2015Adjust throttle linkage - 11/2015New fuel sender - 11/2015New fuel filter - 11/2015New battery - 11/2015Fuel tank flushed - 11/2015In addition, it had a brand new black convertible top from GAHH installed in August 2012. You can see the photo of it with the top down right before the install was completed. This is what she looked like when fully washed and polished. As you can see in the photos, she looks great underneath as well. Put her up on the racks when they were doing inspection and the mechanic took a bunch of photos. The current owner said it used to be driven by a very well established businessman in the Atlanta region in the late 70s and a beautiful passenger by the name of Vanna White used to be in the passenger seat. He said between the beautiful car and the beautiful passenger, it was a knockout punch to any man of any age at the time. The car is currently in Las Vegas.
