I am selling my 1974 VW Pre-Runner. In 2014, I almost entered it in the BAJA 1000 race, but decided to use another vehicle. It is a great pre-runner, and here are the following specifications for this VW:1. Good interior roll cage,2. Two good seats with seat covers,3. Two very good 5-Point racing harnesses,4. Speedometer,5. Good 12-volt battery,6. Horn,7. Oil Pressure gauge,8. Battery charge gauge,9. 20-gallon “JAZ” fuel cell that is plumbed for racing,10. Oil cooler,11. Four Headlights,12. Two taillights,13. One amber light installed above engine,14. 1776 cc VW engine in very good condition , new plugs, points, condenser (needs tune up),15. Good transmission,16. Four aluminum Centerline rims,17. Four new B F Goodrich tires,18. Metal Tire rack with one used tire and rim,19. Nerf bars,20. Steel firewall that separates the drivers compartment from the fuel cell,21. Metal Roof rack,22. Windshield,23. Both doors have roll up/down windows,24. Floor mats,25. Has a welded platform for a winch on the front bumper,26. Has a welded rack for a tow bar on the front bumper,27. There is no way for me to know how many miles are actually on this car. I have guessed at 100,000 but that is just a guess.When the engine is tuned, it is very fast, and drives easily.
