Everything we sell at Paradise is in OUR dealer stock and the title has been signed over to Paradise from What ever Bank or owner we bought it from. We may not have the title in hand due to it having to clear the bank but we will have it as soon as the bank sends it to us,which is usually within 2 days after the sale.
