1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, triple black, 80,800 miles. Fully loaded with every available option, including moonroof , CD player, and of course, the standard LT1 “Corvette” engine. I have owned this car since 2010. I have always kept it garaged. The paint and chrome trim have recently been professionally reconditioned. The interior is exceptionally clean with no stains, rips, or odors. It comes with a full-size whitewall spare tire with rim, original owner’s manual, two sets of keys (one set is gold), and factory service manuals. I have extensive service records for the car dating back prior to my purchase. I take extremely good care of my vehicles, and have already had several parts replaced (radiator, coolant hoses, shocks, and more) over the last few years. Minor items of note: 1) The driver’s side window will go up and down but is slightly off its tracks. I have the parts available, they will come with the car. 2) The heated seats work intermittently. Sometimes, when the switch is activated, the seats will warm but the green indicator light does not illuminate. I love this car very much and would love to keep it, but unfortunately the new management company of my parking garage is no longer honoring a discounted rate on my two garage spaces, and the price of each space has been increased from $205 to over $430 per month. I have driven this Fleetwood Brougham only 20,000 miles in the past 6 years, so I cannot realistically continue to justify what is now an $850+ monthly expense (over $9k a year!) given the low mileage I am putting on the car. This Fleetwood has been exceptionally well-kept and deserves to be owned by someone who has cherished it as much as I have. This is a very rare Cadillac, only 15,109 Fleetwood/Fleetwood Broughams were produced for model year 1996. Of that, far fewer examples exist in triple black, the most desirable color combination. With each passing year, these few remaining low mileage, well-kept examples are appreciating in value. This car attracts a lot of attention on the road. Be prepared to come out of a service station coffee shop and find strangers admiring the last “real” Cadillac GM has produced to date.
