This is a 2001 Celica gts ,the car has the 2zz motor and the much wanted 6 speed manual transmission. This is a used car ! The car has just under 200000 miles on it (mostly highway miles) the car is very very clean was female owned never beat on . The car is 100% stock except for a cat back exhaust and a touch screen stereo system.The car runs and drives as it sits A/C works great. The problem s, the car has a few small spots on the paint where the clear is starting to fade (thanks Florida Sun)And the biggest problem the motor is making a taping noise! Not sure what it is I think it's a rod knock,but a Toyota tech said it was a pin on the cam gear . I'm not sure so expect the worse ,I bought the car like it is with the intention of replaceing the motor with a jdm eng (there about $1300 with 45 k miles on them) then I was going to turn the car into a scca race car but a few things came up so car must go . Any ?'s feel free to ask . The car will run and drive to get loaded but I wouldn't drive it any length till you know what the tapping is as not to destroy the motor (witch you could just rebuild to keep cost down) shipping is buyers responsible car can be stored for awhile till you can get it picked up . There is no warranty this is a used car from 2001 so it's not perfect and price reflects the problems.
