1956 Chevy Belair2-dr Hardtop The 3 sheet metal panels between the back bumper and trunk have been replaced (under trunk latch). We replaced a couple sheet metal areas on the firewall due to someone hammering on the firewall. The ¼ sections behind the doors have been replaced as shown in the pictures. There are a couple areas on the floor pans with some small rust holes see pictures. When we bought the 56 in 1988 we bought replacement panels for the rusted floor areas (not installed). The 56 comes with most all trim, bumpers, we have put the trim on with a couple of clips per molding. It is a factory tube frame and we have added side motor mounts and cross member. The body is just sitting on the frame with a couple of bolts. No front or rear windshields. Most of the body has been sandblasted and is still in bare metal. Other than light rust in the three areas mentioned it is a solid body. We have a few extra parts that go with the 56. Clear Idaho Title and the car has been stored inside since we bought it in 1988.
