Up for auction is a used 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. This vehicle was purchased new by the Village of Clarendon Hills and spent its entire service life as a fully marked Police squad by the Clarendon Hills PD. The vehicle is in good overall condition, runs well and has 68,758 miles on the certified calibration odometer. As seen in one of the pictures, there are four plugged holes on the roof where a light bar and antennas were mounted. The exterior of the vehicle has the usual signs of wear, scratches/dings/sticker outlines that can be expected from its use as an every day squad car. On the driver side c-pillar, there is an area where some of the paint was chipped off from sticker removal. The front seats have some wear and staining consistent with coffee spillage. While in service, the factory vinyl rear seat was removed and replaced with a hard plastic transport seat. The factory vinyl rear seat is back in place, however needs to be installed securely. The tire photo is showing the tire with the least amount of tread left. This vehicle is currently located at the Clarendon Hills Police Department and will be made available for viewing by interested bidders upon appointment.
