This is a California blue plate 1980 fuel injected TR 7. I purchased car three years ago in San Jose as I wanted to show it. I'm the third owner, the first I was an enthusiast who had the car for 25 years and babied it. Second bought the car, but died shortly afterwards and I purchased the car from his son. This car took a gold award at the 2012 Triumphest in Flagstaff. This cars always been garaged it whole life. Recently the following work is been done, new top (Robbins), new rear brake cylinders, all new fuel injection air hoses. 4 brand new tires. Existing problems of this car are as follows, the synchros from first to second that synchro from third to fourth are poor. Gas gage is not work, it is missing a rubber piece at the back of drivers door. I intended to keep this car the rest my life and show it however, having just recently purchased a 1973 stag I don't have the wherewithal to keep both of these cars in top condition. A few comments I feel need to be added about bidding on this car due to past experiences. One, don't bid if you don't have the money.
