I am the second owner (purchased from private owner with 46,000 miles) and have owned the car for the past 23 years, caring for it with loving attention (it was a gift to me from my now-deceased father). The sturdy engine runs like a top and still has that cool duel exhaust, sports-car rumble. The paint is beautiful and in great shape. The leather interior is in very good shape – both front seats are perfect, but it has one tear in the back seat. There is one, barely noticeable crack in the dash, otherwise the cock pit is beautiful, like new. There is a small amount of rust on the front bumper (again, barely noticeable). Car floor panels, rockers, front/back/sides were completely de-rusted in 2008. I have detailed records of all maintenance and mechanical work since ownership. Please Note: This specific model with relatively low mileage and in excellent condition (as this car is) has been appreciating in value substantially in recent years, increasing by as much as 35% just over the past decade, with some selling at auction for well over $70,000. By all accounts they are expected to continue to steadily appreciate in future. Because this particular car is mechanically sound, aesthetically beautiful and, at this price, is a great deal, it represents a smart investment.
