**1978 CADILLAC ELDORADO COUPE** WHAT AN INCREDIBLE FIND !! FAMILY OWNED SINCE NEW !! THIS 1978 ELDORADO WAS BOUGHT FROM ITS ORIGINAL FAMILY AND LOCALLY OWNED. WELL CARED FOR AND ALWAYS GARAGED. THE CAR DOES SHOW SIGNS OF A RE-PAINT, NOT SURE HOW LONG AGO IT WAS REPAINTED? THE PAINT IS VERY NICE DRIVER QUALITY, OUTSIDE OF SOME MINOR SCRATCHES AND A SMALL RUST SPOT/ BUBBLING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LANDAU TOP WHERE IT MEETS THE DRIVERS SIDE QUARTER PANEL. UPON CERTAIN ANGLES – YOU CAN SEE MINOR / SMALL HAIL DENTS ON THE HOOD. BRIGHTWORK SHOWS VERY WELL. SOME OF THE PLATIC TRIM DOES SHOW SOME FADING / AGE. EXCELLENT GLASS WITH ACTUAL ETCHING OF THE VIN IN THE GLASS. GOOD GAPS, DOORS, HOOD AND TRUNK LINE UP NICE. BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER DOORS OPEN / CLOSE VERY NICE WITH NO SIGNS OF SAGGING. INTERIOR IS AMAZING !! IT’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM A 45,000 MILE CAR. NO SIGNS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT OR BEING SMOKED IN. DASH, DOOR PANELS AND HEADLINER IN FANTASTIC SHAPE !! WORKING GUAGES, MIRRORS AND LIGHTS. HVAC CONTROLS TURN ON, CAN HEAR FAN BLOWING- BUT NO TEMPERATURE CHANGE – COLD OR HOT ? HAVEN’T TRIED WIPERS OR CRUISE CONTROL ?
