Meet Pearl E. Gates, the hearse that everyone loved at HearseCon 9 in Denver this summer. I bought her in Oklahoma from a gentleman who purchased her from a funeral home in Arkansas earlier this year. She has been in continuous funeral service from 1991 to 2014. Drove her home to California and got 24 mpg, and did not burn a single drop of oil, meticulously maintained! Has ice cold A/C and cruise control, perfect interior, 109,000 miles. Only flaws are some cracking in the roof over the driver and the radio works intermittently, some tiny rust bubbles here and there, see photos. Has the rare sliding rear table and working opera lights inside and out, built by S&S , Americas oldest manufacturer and still number one in the business.
