Vehicle Detail
Here is a nice restoration cafe racer. Bike is ready for the road everything works as it should. Lights ,horn, engine, and all the bells and whistles. I am the builder of this bike and I can say there are alot of cool details on this bike that others might not have. I will list the upgrades and customized parts that were done. Frame de-tabed and seat mounts were added. Frame powder coated gloss white, swing arm and triple trees were also de-tabed and coated in high gloss black. The engine had received a once over just checking valve clearances and making sure everything else was in good condition. Engine had 6xxx miles on it before I started the restoration. Now, bike has around 10xxx. Motor was coated in a wrinkle finish and a silver, left side cases were polished and right side was coated in a powder coat chrome which turned out to be more of a metallic silver. Carbs have k&n air filters that wrap around stock battery box. ( which I have never seen another set.) New kits were installed as well as new diaphrams. Carbs top were done in the wrinkle finish as well and all new allen head bolts installed. The pipes/ mufflers are stock and are in amazing shape. Brand new battery and tender installed. Wheels were rebuilt, spokes powder coated high gloss black. The inside of the hubs were painted metallic silver and cleared for a nice glossy look. The outside of hubs were polished. Front hub has 5 1" holes drilled into them for venting. The rear hub has painted black parts on it. Tires are basically new. Forks were polished and rebuilt. I deleted the turn signals and speedo. But am running the tach. The turn signal connectors are still there for someone to ad them back if they wish. The fork ears were custom made out of 32mm mild steel pipe and 1/8th " stock. Brand new coils and points were installed. Clubmans were added, tach mount is custom made out of 1/4" alum. The rear section mounts with 4 allen head bolts that are tucked behind the seat cover. Seat is made out of fiberglass, and has brown vinyl leather which is mounted with nice chrome buttons. The bike gas tank has custom inserts that were hand made. Tank, rear section, are filter covers, and head light were professionally painted. Base coat clear coat. Rear brake light was added, has license plate light and brake light in one. The left side air filter cover has a crack in it because the bike was poorly moved. Rear shocks were coated in gloss black. Again this bike was built from ground up. I couldn't begin to tell you how much time I have invested in this bike. It is a very comfortable bike to ride around. Every time I go to the gas station it seems like I am stopped every time to tell someone about the bike.
