1977 Datsun 280z 4 speed survivor. I am the 3rd owner with 115,000 miles. Car was bought new by doctors wife in Knoxville, Tn and changed hands to a family friend after her death. I purchased the car 8/2012 and I have driven it less than 8,000 miles. It has sat in my garage during that time. The interior is basically new including basket weave seats redone as well as carpet. As shown in pictures original spare tire lug nuts and factory original air pressure gauge are included. This car is all original - including factory radio. The tires have around 1000 miles on them. The car looks good and always gets compliments, but is needs a paint job. It has very minimal rust but does have paint chipping off and needs redone to be top quality. Car can be driven anywhere any distance. There is some rust underneath the car. I believe it to be impossible to find a 38 year old Datsun that does not have some rust on the underbelly. I have enjoyed this car but I need the garage space for my boat. It has been in my garage since I bought it. If you are looking for a $10,000 car - keep looking. On Nov-12-15 at 10:06:23 PST, seller added the following information: 11/12/15- I drove the 280z to Tennessee this past weekend and had no trouble. It was over 3 hours roundtrip. The car runs and handles great. This car can be a daily driver or perfect for weekend cruising.
