1969 Porsche 911T Selling my father's 911T project. He's realized he has too many projects and will never get around to her. She has all usual 911 rust in floors, spare tire, & rear torsion bar mounts. The torsion bar mounts are still strong and have not broken. She comes with factory replacement floor panels, still painted in their original, protective green color. Everything is there save for the driver's side vent window glass and engine lid grills. Everything else is in restorable, original condition. The engine is in great shape, rotates nicely by hand and appears to have never been fooled with. However, it is non-numbers matching. According to the engine number (6112882), it is a 1971 911T engine. All other signs (green shroud and mechanical fuel injection) point to it being a 911E engine. My father purchased her with this engine installed and she has been in the car a very long time. If anyone can explain this discrepancy to me, please do. Either way, the engine is in fantastic shape and should run quickly with some work.
