Out of state buyers are responsible for registration and vehicle title in their home state (same as drivers license). Any legal proceedings from either party will take place in Dallas County, Texas. A $500 deposit will hold a vehicle for 24 hours in order for customer to organize funds or financing. After 24 hours $400 will be automatically refunded to the customer and the vehicle will be made available to the public. Dallas Auto Collective will keep a $100 re-listing fee for all returned deposits and cancelled sales. The $500 deposit is required for all transactions and must be made within 24 hours. Deposits can be made via PayPal or any major credit card (subject to 3% processing fee) over the phone. Final payment must be made in the form of Cashiers Check, Bank Financing, or Cash in person. Customer must make contact with Dallas Auto Collective within 24 hours of purchase.
