All of our cars are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. We sell everything we list and always selling with No Reserve. Condition - exterior - The vehicle's exterior is in excellent condition besides 2 tiny scratches on the rear bumper cover and some very light scratches on the trunk that can easily buff out. All the rims and glass are in excellent condition. The matching tires are Kumho Solus (205/65/16), all having about 30%-40% tread remaining. drive train - The vehicle runs and drives perfectly. interior- The interior is in excellent condition. All functions work perfectly. The vehicle does not come with floor mats. A 10% deposit of the final price is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of a bank wire transfer or cashiers check. By law, tax must be collected from New York State residents. Regency Motors reserves the right to close an auction at any time. We welcome all interested parties to come and inspect the car.
