I bought this 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee roughly 2 years ago and I’ve only put less than 10,000 miles on it since. I intended to make it a really nice/reliable vehicle. My plans have since changed and I’ve purchased a different vehicle. Pros: Runs great, very little rust left, tons of new parts, only 175k, 4WD, clear title. Cons: Rockers cut out, paint in bad shape, trans slips into 3rd once in a while, steering is a little hard, needs new battery cable for ground, dash lights flicker (some wires are exposed under the dash after I removed the previous owners security system), rear wheel wells were in the process of modification (see pictures), less than half of the interior is installed, no rear bumper. This vehicle can be driven home but I honestly would trailer it. Mainly because of the missing rear bumper, I’ve been pulled over for it once already.
