Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 2001 Toyota Echo A North Texas car, no rust anywhere. 4 door, automatic overdrive, Am/FM/CD, A/C, power door locks, 181,709 miles. Starts, runs and drives good, 38 mpg + or – a little. This car was my daily driver when I was working (been retired or five years now) but now only gets driven once or twice a week to run errands. The good, the bad and the ugly; Oil was/is changed every 3k miles. Burns NO oil, leaks NO oil and oil is clean at oil change! A/C blows cold, but has a slow leak; I add a can of 134a every two years. The paint is weak from sitting in the Texas sun. The car is in very good shape for the miles and age and has the normal nicks and dings for a car this age. The shocks in the rear and the struts in the front are original and will need to be replaced soon. The tires have good tread but are about 8 years old. The breaks work like they should and do not pull left or right. The check engine light is on. It came on after I added a bottle of fuel conditioner to the gas tank. I thought I needed to add some cause a tank of gas was lasting 6 + months. Was told it’s probably an O2 sensor. The radio and CD player work but the front speakers quit working, the back speakers work great. This is a good car and has a lot of life left in it, just needs a little TLC. I hate to get rid of it, but most of the time it just sits in the driveway taking up space. Ask questions, come kick the tires, and drive it home. I’m retired, so I can deliver for $1.00 a loaded mile, Google map miles from my address to yours, paid for in advance.
