Take a look at my 68 bird for sale. I had a lot of fun taking it to shows and cruising around in it and now it's ready for you to enjoy! Car is not original but built to drive and have fun with. Restored 4 years ago,this is not a perfect show car but a very nice driver/show car (as you can see in pics I won a trophy with it). Check out the list below for what was installed and added when restored. Paint and exterior trim shows very well with only a couple minor blemishes. Interior is all new except for original dash pad, and is close to perfect with custom painted center console and custom stereo with amp and usb/ipod hook up in glove box. Motor and drivetrain are excellent with everything gone through and updated for performance and handling, with 21/2in. dual exhaust and nice driveable cam this bird sounds great idling and running down the road! The car has manual steering, I personally like it but would be easy to switch to power if someone wanted to.The only things that could use addressing that I know of is that the transmission side shift fork cover has a minor leak and the gas tank sending unit works but is not acurate, also doors are original and there are 2 very small bubbles on each door at the bottom (very hard to see). I will be glad to answer any questions, I have what I think is a reasonable reserve on the car, I have almost twice as much in it! I have more pictures and video of it running I can email.
