Hi, thanks for looking at my ad. I purchased this bus this spring from a co-worker. He told me that he had had a lot of work done on this bus about 10 years ago, and that it ran strong when parked. His story is that he parked it because the sliding door came off the track one day and he was tired of fixing things on it. He parked it behind his father's cabin in northern Michigan where it sat under a tarp until this spring when I purchased it and had it towed home. I'm cutting back on the number of projects I have going and I want to get this out of the driveway before winter (or before my neighbors get mad at me... which ever comes first). This is most definitely a project bus, but it is not beyond repair for right person. The pictures show (and the price reflects) the current condition. It rolls easily. I haven't tried to get it running. There is rust... a little bit everywhere, a lot in a few places. The canvas is gone. The upholstery is actually in fairly decent shape, with the exception of the front two seats, I would say that the z-bed and top bunk cushions are a 7.5/10. As I mentioned, the sliding door is off it's track. Take a look at the pictures and you'll get a very good idea of the condition of the bus.If you want a bus to modify and make your own without feeling guilty about messing up an original, perhaps this is the bus for you! This bus can be inspected in person if you'd like. Again, this bus has been sitting for 10 years and is new to me, so I have no firsthand knowledge of its history. Therefore it is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. This bus is also for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early should it sell locally.
