Vehicle Detail

This is a great car for someone who wants a solid piece that is half done. I don't need to sell the car, but we are downsizing and selling toys before we move. Mechanically it is solid and runs strong. For someone who wants a project and doesn't want to start from scratch this is the perfect car. · Small block Chevy, 4-bolt main from a 1970 Camaro. The engine has been rebuilt with a semi-mild cam (5.25 lift). 10.5 to 1 CR. High-Energy Hydraulic lifters · New starter · Holley aluminum Carb with electronic choke · Edelbrock performance RPM manifold · Dome pistons · Roller rockers · Malory electronic ignition · Hedman Ceramic headers and new exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers · New electric wipers · Disc brakes all around (no power assist)…pads from a 1980 Monte Carlo fit. New cables and lines · 5 on 4 ¾ bolt circle · 2” drop spindles and 1” drop springs on the front · 3” drop springs and 2” blocks on rear · New Monro sensatrac shocks all around · New springs front and rear · Manual fuel pump · Muncey 4-speed transmission, rebuilt from a 1969 Z28 · 9” Ford rear, 370-gears less than 1,200 miles today. Posi-traction · Racing clutch · Hurst shifter · Corvette rally rims front and rear...15" x 8” wide in rear, 15" x 7” on front. · New trim rings and caps (and additional 4-nostalgia hubcaps in boxes) · BFG tires all around…215/65-15 on the front, 275/60-15 on the rear…very low mileage and 2-years old · Mallory tach · Moon gauge pack · New battery withy 600-CCA · Original gas tank · Aluminum radiator · New cigarette lighter and heater core · New alternator · Extra parts in boxes that I haven’t gotten around to installing yet: o Carpet for front and rearo Back window package trimo New door panelso Window fuzzy kit o New kick panel ventso American Auto #500423 complete wiring kit from Summit Racing in a box, brand newIt was painted 20 years ago. There is a little rust at the bottom of the driver’s door, and on the kick panels below the doors. The doors close solidly…hold them 12” out and let them go and they close and latch completely showing solid supports. The floor panel supports are not rusted through and still solid but i would recommend replacing...the pans are solid and there are no holes. The seats are in great shape…there is one very small hole in the front bench seat (looks like maybe a screwdriver was in a hip pocket at some point). The interior needs to be redone, but many of the pieces are in boxes and go with the car. The speedometer works and all the dash lights. Overall, once the wiring is complete the mechanics are complete. All the glass is original, cranks all work, trunk panels are good…it’s a solid piece. I have all most of the receipts. The speedometer shows 1,681 and I was told by the good friend I bought it from that was about what was on the car since the rebuild.
