This is a super rare barn find from Oregon i acquired only a few months ago and have only driven it to the store and back a few times since being shipped. One of the few vehicles that i actually know nothing about the prior history, other than it was stored in a barn for the last 12 years since the owner passed away. I also know it is a super rare find being is is a LRP (Elk hart lake, WI) Pathfinder conversion 4X4 diesel with 47K original mileage. This is the extent of my knowledge and i had big plans for this unit over the winter, but i found a local 4X4 van that is 13 years newer and a cargo, so i am selling this one to make the other into a tow vehicle for the winter. I do NOT have any pictures of the inside at this time, but i will try to get some soon. It has basically nothing in it except the panel liners, head liner, curtains, & some captains chairs. A good cleaning and you have a hell of a base to design into a 4x4 go anywhere camper. All gauges and lights work and tires are surprisingly NOT dry rotted with 70% tread left. This WILL sell to the highest bidder and a true auction. Good luck. On Sep-29-15 at 17:00:23 PDT, seller added the following information: I picked up the van today from the local diesel mechanic who i paid 1000.00 to replace hoses, flush and fill everything, and drop the gas tanks and clean it all out and replace with fresh diesel. He said it has a 6.9 N/A Diesel in it and the engine and trans are original. It still needs more stuff done to it to make it ready for long distance travel so i would have it shipped if it were me. He said some of the belts still need to be replaced and some small hoses and then a good run to clean it all out since it has all new diesel, oil, & radiator fluids. It has NO RUST and is solid. BUT-It has some small dings & scrapes.On Oct-02-15 at 18:20:03 PDT, seller added the following information: Due to the overwhelming interest in this van and my lack of knowledge on the history of it, Ive included pictures of the empty basic inside & the rare proof of the original LRP build sticker. This might be one of the last LRP survivors ive been told. I was also told by another interested buyer that it is a Dana 60 front, Dana 70 rear, 8 lug solid axles, and a NP209 transfer case. LRP was in Elkhorn, WI. I have been offered cash to end the auction twice now, but in all fairness to others i declined. Last bid wins-period.
