PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION 2002 Porsche Boxster S in speed yellow with 45,100 original miles. Car is being sold with no reserve as I have back problems and this is no longer a car that I can give the correct attention to. I AM VERY SERIOUS ABOUT GIVING THIS CAR A NEW HOME AND WILL NOT TAKE BIDS FROM ANYONE WITH UNDER 20 FEEDBACK RATINGS. I reserve the right to cancel ANY bids I feel are bogus and I will not let this run the entire course of the auction to deter joy bidders from trying to jump in at the last second. I will end this item early and sell to the current high bidder when I feel the time is right (it may be 10 seconds before or it may be 10 hours before the end of auction, just keeping it fair). I have owned this Boxster since it had 1,900 miles and have put a lot of extra performance items into this car to make it better. Car includes 2 keys and all original books. Upgrades include: Front strut tower brace Rear strut tower brace K & N air filter Powerchip ECU upgrade (upgrades the horsepower to 280hp and torque to 243ft/lbs) B & M short throw shifter Smart top module which allows top to be opened at speeds under 20 mph 997 GT3 brake duct spoilers Many arctic silver painted trim pieces including center console, key trim, horseshoe and center dash trim pieces, dead pedal, door sills, window interior trim At 40,000 miles the serpentine belt was changed, the throttle body was cleaned, the spark plugs and boots were changed, oil was changed under 1,000 miles ago (ALWAYS used Mobil 1 oil). I always kept this Boxster very clean but as it is a 13 year old car there are a few VERY TINY chips at a few spots on car. I will run a Durametric test for the buyer to show this car was never over revved (Durametric tester is NOT included in auction). This is a car I would have no problem driving across the country in, it is a very solid car. The only things that are wrong with the car is that occasionally the lock light comes on in the dash and when this happens the passenger side window does not go down the 1/2" when opening the door. This I believe is caused by a loose connection in the sensor in the door handle because when it is on and you hit a bump the light goes out. The other thing is the plastic piece under the wheel well has broken off due to a parking block and the wheel well has a very small piece missing from it (you don't even really notice this but I want to be completely honest).
