This is a midnight blue with racing orange graphics "CLUBSPORT" replica. It is cosmetic only. There are no mechanical or suspension mods from factory stock. The car shows black in the photos but it is a very dark metallic blue which shows blue, black or purple depending on light. A very cool color that gets a lot of attention. The orange enhances the intensity of the blue or purple. All this car needs is the damper repair and perhaps a set of orange wheels. The paint is excellent and the interior superb though it does have a dash crack. Almost no bolster wear (see photos). Immaculate engine compartment (see photos). Aside from the damper thing this car has no issues. I'm told that the damper problem creates an opportunity to change the tranny to a 6 speed or even a 5 speed stick if that is your preference. This is the third 968 I've made into a replica "CLUBSPORT". The others have happy homes in New York and Southern California. Must sell. Have 3 other Porsches including a 968 project car. Lost my 6 car garage and must eliminate 1 or 2 cars. This car has been fun and gets a lot of attention but my project car has a very personal connection and I have to put my energy and $ into it. Interesting facts, provided to me by the most famous 968 fact finder around, there were only 54 968 Coupes produced after this one and the rootwood shift knob is one of only 9 in all the 4242 North American 968's. That, of course, justifies that I double the price but to be fair I will leave it low. Please forward questions.
