Vehicle Detail

up for sale is my 2001 "custom rally" Audi A6. 2.7 twin turbo. automatic.185K. Loaded. This car is near perfect cosmetically and is miticilously cared for, and is in excellent mechanical condition. Serpentine & timing belt/tensioners and valve covers done last year/ 2K ago.. No engine modificaions. previous owner had this car for over 10 years and took great care of it as well. Custom work was done approximately a year and a half ago. Previous owner put the majority of the highway miles on it. I acquired the car at 177K. Previous owner babied this car, and I have always babied this car. Driving it will tell you. Simply put, it drives like your on a cloud. Incredibly smooth shifting transmission, and a smooth powerful engine that runs super quiet and strong. Absolutely no burning of anything/zero smoke out of tailpipe. Runs super clean. No noticeable leaks/ I don't see anything on driveway. If next person want to go more performance with engine, and exhaust, more power to you. Its just not me. Personally, I say, the care is perfect the way it is, and needs nothing. The car gets incredible amount of attention. I get compliments all the time. Adults, kids and everyone in between. I have been in body/painting automotive 30+ years and I am into looking good not horsepower. This car turned out beyond my expectations. It is unique, but does fool some people as a rare, special edition Audi, which it is not. If you like attention at a low price, this car is it. They are incredibly built, high performing cars. You do not get Audi quality at this price. ...L.E.D. custom "Depo" taillights. w/no cutting of original plugs. Same with headlights. Original plugs "Depo" Zenons, w/ halos, w'medium smoke overlay. The overlay pulls off if you don't like. Personally I love the look and you won't believe the 3D look looking inside the headlight that the smoke overlay provides. The chrome inside the headlight looks like" smoke chrome" when you put the overlay on it. I couldn't believe how good they came out the day I did it. Although a very strong running car, it is BABIED by me.I park away from everyone in parking lots, and if I'm going to a crowded area, I simply will leave it home/drive another car. You won't believe how near perfect the exterior of this car is. Paint is incredibly smooth and glossy with no deep scratches, or exterior rust anywhere, or door dings. Some minor stone chips in front bumper and hood and front edge of roof . I have owned this car for over 2 years, it is time for next project which means its time to let her go. This car is priced to sell with a low starting price. I have a lot of time and money into this car and you'll make out bigtime. I am anxious to get to next project and I am just happy knowing it goes to a good home and that person gets a great deal. Please love this car as I did. I get a lot of compliments, mostly when I'm pumping gas. This Audi receives more compliments than new/$40K+ Audis. And I sincerely mean that. Good luck and congrats whoever gets the "steal of a deal" Please be advised this is an "as is deal" and although a very nice car it is a used car. Car is a driver and has very, very small and very, very minor flaws here and there. Heated side view mirrors have some "fogginess" in them... I am not a Dealer. This is my own personal car . Should easily pass any state inspection but not sure about California. No issues that I'm aware of. ..Any questions, I'd be happy to answer. I do have extra striping and decals that come w/car... Also, my mechanic advised me to put an A/C pump(compressor) while we were in there. So I searched and searched for a low mi used one and I found one w/40K on it.I purchased it and my mechanic installed it. A/C works excellent. Car is loaded with options including awesome "BOSE" stereo and leather heated seats. Interior is in very nice shape. Tires are Hankooks w/4k on them. Custom hood scoop is attached with 3M dual adhesive tape. Custom wing in back is bolted on. On Sep-08-15 at 05:02:23 PDT, seller added the following information: forgot to mention, car has new water pump. also, some other things worth mentioning, driver door lower molding does have a little wider gap than other 3 doors, but is secure. Hood scoop has a wave in center(slight low spot), previous "owners" put majority of miles. But previous owner did put 80K in approx. a 7 year span. On lower black stripe "Audi" decals are at all 4 ends of stripe. Hard to see in pic. Wheels have "OOOO" logo in center... In July car was street parked, and a delivery truck pulls in front to park, misjudges his width and "sideswipes" left front fender". I have pics apon request. New fender was scuffed, epoxy primered, and painted on both sides(painting both sides is best to preserve fender for years to come). Car report seems to be a little contradicting/confusing when they say "one accident/minor issue" then you scroll down and it says "left front impact collision" which makes accident sound major like the whole left front got crushed in. This honestly did not happen. Fender has consistent gloss with rest of car and color matches perfectly. Simply put this repair was professionally done and you cannot tell. This minor accident did not affect the unibody/suspension/no air bag deployment. I'm sorry on the confusion of the car report and if any misunderstandings on my part I apologize.
