You are bidding on a 1983 Porsche 928 S That has been an Arizona car all its life. This car is very well maintained and cared for. This car has a clear title with box A original miles. It has never been involved in an accident. There has not been any damage to this car. Every gap is perfect. all doors open and close with perfection. Exterior paint looks original and is easily an 8 out of 10. This car has ZERO rust. All glass is perfect with new tint all the way around. The interior floors, roof, walls, doors and all seats have no rips or tears. They show minimal normal wear. The shift boot shows some wear at the top where it meets the knob and can easily be replaced. The interior is all original including the cassette player. AC is ice cold. This car was the fastest production car manufactured in 1983 and came with an original list price of 43,000.00. It was considered a luxury sports car (AKA "Luxury Touring Porsche") that came with many options in the S model including automatic transmission. However, very few were built with manual 5 speed transmission and primarily reserved for the most of enthusiasts. When you drive this car, it is very smooth and very fast. This car shits easily and all gears go right into place. All the weather strip is solid and creates a nice quite environment as you drive down the road. The motor is very strong with ZERO leaks of any kind. As you can see in the pictures, the motor is very clean and impressive to view. This car can easily be a daily driver as well as a show car for originality. This car has all original manuals, Spare tire and pump (never seen the road) tool kit in tact, original keys and all original spare keys. Finally, this Porsche 928 S is the same car as the one driven in the movie Risky Business starring Tom Cruise. While the car in the movie was a combination of a 1978, 1979 and a 1981 models, the movie came out in 1983, the year of this Porsche you are bidding on. Additionally, this car is the same exterior and interior color used in the movie. Makes for good trivia when your asked constantly about your car. Two blemishes to note: one, the sunroof does not open. Possible bad switch? Two, the dash has cracks in it. They were present when I purchased the car and never concerned myself with it because the matching dash cover, covers them entirely. I never think about them.
