1983 Turbo 242 non intercooled all stock original condition, but the seats have been reupholster sometime ago. This Volvo 242 would be perfect for a restoration project. These 242 Turbo car are getting hard to find in original condition in unmolested condition. The chassis and motor has 208,000 on the odometer. Still have the stock B21FT motor with automatic transmission. The car runs and drives great, brakes are good and the transmission shifts in every gear. The motor is tired and has low compression and needs some attention. It does has enough power to get out of it own way. Has factory A/C conditioning for R12, the compressor turns on but my need to be recharged. Has cruise control but doesn't work, but everything is there. Has an updated factory k-jet engine wiring harness from the dealer. The K-jet Fuel injection system runs great would pass any smog. The only rust spot that I could find on the car is under the floor board, but nothing to be alarmed about its very minimal .
