Vehicle Detail
First off, I own a BMW shop- so I know these cars inside and out. I purchased this vehicle from the owner, after we found a cracked subframe (common on the E46 M3 chassis) and he opted to not repair it. We fixed the rear subframe (correctly) and cleaned it up. I have no time to enjoy the vehicle, and it's too fast for my wife. The title is still in our client's name. Everything is ready to be transferred into your name, with all supporting documents clearly signed and dated. All of the following work is 6-10K miles old. TONS of money has been spent on this thing!Active Autowerke Stage 1 supercharger, after cooled.Performance Specs:Power:525 BHP @ 7650 rpmTorque:335 ft/lbs @ 5400 rpmBoost Level:7-8 psi(9500 dollars installed)The way this supercharged comes on is really nice. It just feels like a fast naturally aspirated car. No turbo lag, no boost surge. Very smooth power delivery.New SMG pump assembly New clutch assemblyCSL SMG programming..... This thing shifts ULTRA fast!(4,000 dollar repair)New vanos hub valve adjustment valve cover gasket and seal grommets(2300 dollar repair)Turner motorsports adjustable lower rear camber arms Turner motorsports subframe reinforcement (welded in- the right way not that stupid glue in idea)yellow poly subframe mountsblack poly RTABSTurner motorsports solid diff mounts, new nose bolt.New front pinion seal and differential oil.H&R lowering springsAlignment with camber dialed out of the back to make it hook.(4700 dollar repair)Michelin pilot super sports (brand new) on black rims and spacers front and rear.Literally 200 miles on the tires.extra set of 19" OEM rims and hancook ventus tires in 90%(2500 dollars in rims and tires)Vorsteiner carbon hood. The previous owner didn't clear bra it, and when a rock hits the carbon fiber it chips the paint. There ARE rock chips on the hood.carbon front splitter on bumper. I have extra dive planes for the front that bolt on, but too aggressive for my taste.Rear carbon trunk lip/wing(2300 dollars in carbon fiber)New battery w/ roadside assistanceOil service w/ 10-60 liqui-moly done 200 miles agobrake flush (ATE SL6) last monthAEM Boost and AFR gauges on steering column pods.Extra factory brake pads front and rear.Active Auto Detailing two step polish/2 step swirl correction.Looks to have a newer engine in it, unsure of the mileage. As I said earlier, the vehicle has had prior body work done. It looks like panel work, nothing structual. It has a few chips and dings here and there. The moldings around the back quarter glass needs to be replaced (easy not too expensive)The car runs and drives very well. It shifts FAST with no problematic SMG crunchy gears, or issues. The engine cranks right up and runs fantastic. Having the VANOS hub replaced, no worries down the road!*note* the Vorsteiner hood has vents in it. Moisture drips thru the vents onto the supercharger pulley. Because of this, you get a very light chirp in the morning until the moisture gets off the pulley. Just the nature of the beast.
