Purchased this car from an estate sale in South Central Iowa, It is a one family owned car, from Minnesota to Iowa over 15 year's ago. ( brother purchased it from his brother's estate, 396 2 barrel, auto trans, not driven much in the past 5 year's, seller's put on new front tire's, They explained it needed primed every so often, I found a weak fuel pump, old gas and a small pin hole in the fuel line about 6 inches from the tank, I installed a new fuel pump but couldn't keep a good flow and the fuel although just filled up and sea foam added by them still is varnished, I have purchased new fuel tank strap's, new belt's (ps,alt) new plug's, new oil filter and oil, ( new fuel pump and filter ) these item's will need installed it is running on a electric fuel pump and gas can in the trunk, not included.. It is very straight the chrome front and back -side's are great, it run's and drive's awesome but I have only driven it a few mile's, wanted to change fluid's etc before going to far, it has had new front end component's shock's, the brake's work well but again I have only driven it a short distance, it has an HEI ignition start's right up shift's perfect the interior is very nice also big padded front seat, it had mice in the headliner and trunk the owner's caught and had it detailed before to much damage was done, but there are a few hole's in the headliner. I also have cleaned every inch of the interior vacuumed every inch and have cleaned it front to back. This is a HARDTOP no center post and a 396 2 barrel, rare combo, it has had a repaint but don't know when.Nice ralley's, I had a friend with a shop and lift that was going to help me clean it up and use it for a cruise night cruiser but he lost his position and no longer has the shop, with my cancer and bill's I have decided to stop and let someone finish it and enjoy it. any question's email me or call me 402-689-7895 I will answer what I can, you will need to trailer the car or transport, I will help in any way and will hold the car a few week's but must be paid for in seven day's following the auction, give or take a day.
