This 1968 Charger was originally red with a white interior. It underwent an extensive frame off rotisserie restoration 15 years ago where the color was changed to white and was then put in storage. Recently I acquired the car and replaced the frozen 440 engine with a high performance 440 (roller rocker 500HP) engine. The engine has new MSD digital 6AL, MSD billet distributor and coil. The car is a console automatic with the 727 Torqueflight transmission. . As the cars restoration is 15 years old it is not a show quality car. However it is VERY close to one. I have replaced the tires with a new set of Cooper raised white letter radials. I replaced the entire center console which was cracked as well as the top chrome pieces which were pitted. The car comes equipped with factory power brakes and power steering, tic-toc tac, retractable front seat belts and black vinyl top. This car has a clean title. I have placed the car on a lift to take extensive pics, there are also pics of the trunk interior as well as the door jambs and engine. I have also taken a walk around video with the engine running. The engine is very strong...if you mash the gas pedal it will burn rubber till you take your foot off.....no need to hold the brake. Quite a bit of torque. All the panels and floors appear original as you can see in the pics. It also has new exhaust and fuel systems, albeit 15 years old. The cam is rather mild, not to loppy but very nice. All and all it's a very nice car and the price is very reasonable considering it needs NO work done to drive.
