Vehicle Detail

Here I have for sale is my F600 shop truck lovingly nicknamed "Winslow" after the popular Eagles song... "It's a girl my lord in a flatbed ford.." I've used it as a pickup and delivery truck for my metal fabrication business, but it's time to move on to other things. This truck is ready to be driven and put to work. This truck does not need anything to be on the road. Runs and drives great, shifts smooth, and stops on a dime. Clean and clear title in hand, ready to be transferred to a new owner. Here's the lowdown:66 Ford F600-16' x 7' flatbed with 40" tall stake rails in treated lumber. (also comes with some smaller 10' long shorty stake rails that I use when hauling small stuff around town)-361 V8 with a 4 speed manual trans and 2 speed rear end. (The rear end is currently locked out in high, but all it needs is a new motor to become functional again)-the wheels have been swapped out from the old split rims to solid rims with newer tires, tires still have plenty of tread on them. Truck comes with the (4) of the original split rims as well.-recent oil change and filter-pertronix electric ignition-new plugs and wires-new water pump -new brake master cylinder-new exhaust redone to factory spec from headers back -aftermarket air horns-all lights, signals, wipers, choke, etc work as they should.-starts every time with no trouble-stops as it should-aftermarket tach installed-can be daily drivenWhat it could use:-new drivers glass (cracked, but intact, its the old membrane glass) drivers pop out window, currently covered with a piece of wood, have the glass but the frame rusted out.-door/window seals and rubber-new seals for the windshield wipers-new fuel pump, current fuel pump works fine, but leaks a little. -new key cylinder, the old recently broke but does not affect the way the truck runs. Its currently setup with a toggle switch. This truck is not rust free, but does not have any cancerous rust. Has it in the normal places, cab corners, cab mounts and a few pin holes in the floor, worst part is on the hood, but not detrimental. Overall very solid with minimal rust. The truck has a GVWR of 20,000lbs and only weighs in at around 8,000lbs. I've hauled a lot of steel and lumber on this thing with no problem. mileage on the dash is just under 41,000. I'm the 3rd owner of this truck and it was owned by the original owner up until 2013 where it was used as a farm truck along with a few other F600s. This truck has been well taken care of it's entire life and has always been a North Carolina truck. Great work or play truck, fun to drive, gets a lot of looks.
