FAMILY OWNED SINCE NEW. The car is 99% as originally purchased, was always garaged, when not in use, and was never driven in ice and snow. No accidents, no rust, no body repair. Paint, Decals, Interior upholstery, wheels, and tires are original. Originally purchased from FIAT Dealer in Tulsa, OK July 31, 1978. I acquired the Fiat in from my Brother/Sister in law in June, 2009. The car was maintained by the dealer (who is out of business) and locally in Bartlesville, OK. Shock absorber replacement and alternator repair were the only non-standard work the owner recalled. Oil change/lube service was locally since. The only other replacement parts that I am aware of are the brakes. One caliper was dragging, and I replaced all 4 calipers and hoses in 2009. There was little difference between new and original brake pads, so the original pads were retained. All of the hidden areas, such as under the hood, inside trunk, around door hinges and latches look close to new. The original 4 Michelin tires have 8/32” tread remaining. The seats are original, but the seams were coming loose on the front seat backs, and were disassembled and resewed in August 2015 and look close to new. PICTURE 14 SHOWS SEAT WITH LOOSE SEAM THAT WAS RESEWED. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. On Sep-02-15 at 12:59:19 PDT, seller added the following information: 9/2/2015 pictures 19 and 20 added. #19 is of the clean trunk. #20 attempts to show the small dent in hood to the left of the right teardrop. The dent is smooth and is fwd of the yellow sticker. The other 2 dents mentioned are on RH Door and RH fender and were likely door dings from the other car in the garage. All 5 tires are the original Michelin XZX 165HR13 with lots of tread left. This is the first time I've had the spare out and just realized there is no jack or lug wrench. I could supply a aftermarket sissor jack and lug wrench - or you can consider it missing when bidding. The Owners manual, tool kit, Service info book and JIL radio Owners manual are in the car.
