Up for auction is a used 2005 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with Street Appearance Package (chrome grill/trim & wheel covers). This vehicle was purchased new and used by the Clarendon Hills Fire Department as a staff vehicle its entire time in service. It is in very good overall condition and has 84,772 miles on the certified calibration odometer. As seen in the pictures, there are several places on the trunk-lid and roof where antennas/equipment were mounted as well as side mirror lights. There are several scratches and some dings on the driver side rear quarter panel as well as on the rear bumper. There are also some light vertical scratches on the windshield. Tires have approximately 50-75% tread life left. This vehicle is currently located at the Clarendon Hills Fire Department and will be made available for viewing by interested bidders by appointment. Anyone interested in viewing the vehicle MUST first arrange a date/time with Fire Chief Leahy @ 630-286-5430. As this is a used vehicle, a personal inspection is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and there is no guarantee or warranty against current or future mechanical issues.
