Up for sale is this super clean 2009 Nissan Honda CR-V EX with the All wheel drive option. This vehicle is fully loaded with practically every possible option that could have been ordered. This vehicle was involved in a fresh water flood and is being sold with a New Jersey State Salvage title. I am not sure why the vehicle was deemed a flood because the vehicle has absolutely no damage when we purchased it directly from the insurance company. The vehicle started right up and runs and drives with no problems at all. We have been driving this vehicle with our dealer plates and it runs and drives the way it should. I do not think water even entered the vehicle, as there is no smell or any wetness in the carpets or anything like that. This vehicle is perfect and will make someone a great vehicle at a discounted price. The vehicle runs and drives like a dream and we also had the technician do all the scheduled maintenance on the vehicle. The vehicle runs and drives fantastically and everything in the vehicle works the way it should, and I mean everything! This vehicle needs nothing at all! We went through this vehicle from top to bottom and its ready to be sold to its next proud owner. I have posted over 100 photos and a video so you can see everything in the vehicle working properly. The seats are in like new condition and show no wear at all. This CR-V just turned 85k miles and it runs and drives fantastically. All these miles are out of state highway miles and it shows. The drive is so smooth and economical and its gets about 35 MPG's. Every feature in the car is working the way it should including the radio and climate control, all the lighting, and all the other power accessories. This vehicle is ready for its new owner and needs nothing at all done to it. We just had it professionally detailed inside and out.This CR-V is loaded up with every possible option that could have been ordered. The maintenance all appears to be current and the vehicle is reliable and runs like a dream. We have driven it 500 miles and it seems to be running and driving 100%. You can literally jump in this vehicle and drive it 2,000 miles back home without any problems. We changed all the motor and transmission fluids and the vehicle has good brakes, good rotors, and new windshield wiper blades.The exterior of the vehicle is clean. The paint is nice and glossy and all the body lines are perfect and straight. The body is in above average condition and there is no real blemishes to point out on this vehicle at all. The car shows extremely well, especially for its age. You will be hard pressed to find another CR-V in this shape, especially with all these options.The interior of the vehicle is also super clean. The seats have no stains or rips and the upholstery is very clean and supple. The dash and door panels are also very nice and clean. All the trimmings and other interior trims are in perfect condition.
