First let me say READ EVERYTHING before contacting me, I havent got time to answer questions to which the answer is already listed here... The car is a 2008 BMW 535xi. It is all wheel drive and twin turbo from the factory.The car has a *FLORIDA REBUILDABLE TITLE*I will go into great detail about this at the bottom of the ad. Car has 120k miles. The good:-M5 bumper with foglights (not cheap fiberglass)-New tires all around-New battery-Heated seats-Push to start -I drive in-dash screen-Bmw all weather rubber floormats-Includes all manuals, spare tire unused, even has the emergency/ first aid kit.The bad: (from accident)-Needs driver side mirror glass-Windshield cracked (free FL insurance replacement)-M5 bumper needs to be painted to match-Throwing multiple codes from accident.Rebuiblabe details:Ok so i bought this car from an individual who picked it up at auction in 2013 here in FL,The car had minor front end damage and was sold running and driving.The buyer paid $8,365.00 plus tax and fees, which ended up just over $9,000.00 out the door. I have ALL the reciepts from this transaction.They then had the damage assesed and a parts/ repair list made. There is no frame or subframe damage. I have all this paperowrk as well. The required parts were purchased, all new, all OEM , I have ALL the reciepts for these too.The individual suffered a health complication and the car fell into the hands of a younger relative of hers, where it remained for over a year, he performed no work on the car, it sat, This is when i recieved it. Battery was dead so i bought a new one, Car started right up, and I drove it into my garage.At this point a rebuilt certificate could be achieved quite easily for around $200 (less if you file the paperwork yourself) but chances are if you are buying this, you already are familiar with the process. This applies to Floirda, I do not know other states registration procedures on this so check first! (FL is one of the more strict states though)I can obtain a rebuilt title for you if desired. This would be done after the sale and full payment, as it will take a couple weeks through the company I would file through. As the car sits (Pictured) it is Partially put back together, any parts that are still needed i have (minus the mirror glass) and simply need to be installed. These include the underpanel, and some front end parts, (radiator trim, etc)The car starts right up, runs and drives, however the I drive system cautions not to do so due to the multiple malfunctions still throwing codes. I had the car brought here on a flatbed and drove it into my garage. It does not leak any fluids, and i made sure there was oil, coolant, brake fuid and so on. The car should be fully checked over before driving on the street, as I have not driven it due to the legality of doing so as well as the warning codes. I am a full time student and do not have the time to put this car on the road, nor could I pay to insure it, I commute on a motorcycle daily, (cant beat the gas and insurance savings) and thus would be open to a motorcycle trade.
