Vehicle Detail

1967 Buick Riviera Originally from Washington STATE and is a very rust free car that comes with a very unique color combo and boasts 39,000 one owner miles . Options include Power Steering , Power Brakes ,Tilt Steering, Power Antenna, Bucket Seats with Center Console. Purchased from the original owners estate it was treated to a full mechanical restoration that included a professionally rebuilt Engine ,Transmission, Suspension And Drive Axle . The Brakes including Master Cylinder Wheel Cylinders lines & brake hoses and all brand new. A Brand New Carpet Headliner with seat set compliment the brand new Vinyl top. This is a turn key drive any where at 90 MPH Cruiser , the original tires come with the car but the deep dish Chrome Rims and brand new tires truly set off the RESTO -MOD look. The Sound is amazing, as the (brand new from front to back) exhaust creates the perfect exhaust note needed to rumble along at 35 MPH or 90 MPH , one never gets sick of the sensation of being pushed back into the black bucket seats by the numbers matching 400 HP 430 engine. Listing all of the work done would take pages and pages of text , so please just look at the photo bucket link to review dozens of photos showing the tens of thousands invested in this gentlemen's muscle car.. http://s571.photobucket.com/user/tssavage/media/1967%20Riviera/1%20buick%201967%20_zpsbgzz52oz.jpg.html?sort=9&o=0To list a few items that are brand NEW , plus wires, cap , rotor , water pump , fuel pump, FULLY rebuilt Engine , Fully rebuilt transmission, Fully rebuilt and balanced drive shaft, Fully rebuilt brakes at all wheels , Fully serviced wheel bearings, the list goes on to include BRAND NEW RIMS AND TIRES This car is Ready to Drive ANY WHERE !! This was a no expense spared restoration using quality parts as you can see and best of all it was done to a one owner 39K original mile car, The doors close with a THUD as you would expect, & the car rides like a dream. NO Issues . I have purchased some touch up paint but left the 30 year old paint job "AS IS" for now. While not perfect you can see the car still POP's as is. All of the door jams and trunk lid area are all original paint, I was told by a family member the car was painted once 25- 30 years ago as the old lacquer paint was badly faded way back in the day. This vehicle has a clear title, is fully insured and licensed for the road, It resides in Ontario Canada 2,5 hours from Detroit M.I. and 1 hour from Niagara Falls N.Y, The Auction is in US Funds and must be 100% paid for before vehicle can be picked up. a $1,000 dollar pay pal non refundable deposit with in 24 hours of auction close is required. Please ONLY BID If you are serious , all offers will be taken seriously. . call or text your questions to 519-761-0157Thank you for looking !!Positive feed back always returned.Todd On Aug-11-15 at 08:31:35 PDT, seller added the following information: Thank you to those who are interested, YES I am SELLING THE CAR so please ask questions. To answer some of the questions I have been asked Regarding HISTORY! How did this car come to CANADA ? This car was purchased by New by Mr. and Mrs.White June 20th 1967 in Tacoma Washington. You see Mrs White was a landed immigrant to the USA and married in the USA, She had family near my home and returned to Canada to spend her final years close to family . During this time the car was put into long term storage for over 10+ years and then was removed and treated to the restoration as seen in the shots. The car spent most of it's life in the mid western USA hence to solid body. Yes I do drive the car, the engine has a few hundred miles on it since the rebuild, It will have an oil change done soon just after the break in period, it is amazing on the highway. Some one asked, : "What would I do to the car if I was going to keep it" ? Well drive it and enjoy it would be my first answer .... but seriously , I purchased a carb. rebuild kit so that everything mechanically was rebuilt, this was done when the engine was being rebuilt. The carb works just fine but new gaskets can never hurt when you are going for a full rebuild. I have not completed the carb rebuild as of yet but have the carb kit , it still might get done. I was also thinking about rebuilding the radio with a current modern circuitry making it both both AM and FM, I just need to find and original AM/FM l radio for the job. Another QuestionWhat was my reason for selling? , current projects need funding so YES motivated but have lots invested and do enjoy driving it with my teenage son as much as possible. It would be an awesome car to keep as it is very inexpensive to insure while having great long term investment potential. IS the engine compartment original ? YES 100% , it has been cleaned only, the inner fenders and firewall are all original paint, this includes the door jams. I have been most impressed with the bids THANK YOU ALL FOR BIDDING ! it will be tough to see it go once we hit my reserve, please continue to ask questions ! IT WAS BUILT TO KEEP BUT MUST BE SACRIFICED I have too many toys. Thanks TS On Aug-11-15 at 17:56:49 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE AUG 11th 2015 !!! LATE !!
