Up for bid is Maggie, my 1953 Chrysler New Yorker sedan, originally from West Virginia. I have owned and enjoyed for 10 years, now its time to move on. Maggie is powered by the 331 CI HEMI V8 with the M6 Semi-Automatic transmission and Fluid Drive (Last year for this trans). Runs very well, engine is barely audible. Transmission shifts properly; new Coker wide whites; repaint is presentable, but not perfect, a good 10 footer. Some of the chrome has been replated, some has slight pitting. There is NO rust on this car, NONE. 51,XXX miles show on odometer. Windows operate and all glass is tinted and in good condition. All lights (except dome), turn signals and gauges work. Radio and clock do not. Cloth seats with armrests are like new. Manual steering, power brakes. New master cylinder and fuel pump. Inspections and questions welcomed and encouraged.
