An excellent older restoration by the previous owner, this 1962 VW Bug presents itself very very well!
The body is very straight, and there has been some panel repairs to remove rust under the front hood on the inner fender side.
Paint is a very cool color, and although was not a booth paint job, has some appealing patina to it, and looks very good.
Then to the interior that is in very good shape with the gauges nice and clear. The undercarriage looks good as you can see in the photos.
But the best part is driving this little gem. This little car fires right up and motors right down the road like it did in 1962!
See... the previous owner didnt want to be bothered with rebuilding the engine... SO HE PUT A BRAND NEW MOTOR IN IT!!
Subsequently the car has had several hundreds of dollars worth of suspension replacements, and the car drives like an absoloute dream!
