1972 Dodge Dart Demon 340 4-speed car, 71,000 original miles. He has owned this car since 1981, it has always been garaged since owning it. He had to replace the engine and did so with another demon 340 engine. Car was repainted in 2012, new stripe kit added and then went back into storage. He needs to sell some old cars due to lack of storage. Call if you have any questions he will answer honestly. It runs, but hasn't been on any long trips so the carb will probably need to be rebuilt. New wiring harness and motor was rebuilt by Beach Performance in New Albany, new clutch, new tires, front seat was recovered, new battery this spring, but car was driven less than 100 miles since this work was done. There are a few little things that need attention. Backup lights dont't work, speedo just stopped working. Ignition switch is wired to a button and should be replaced. Old gas has been drained and new gas added, but the car doesn't run like it should, so it will need trailered. The fuel system needs flushed and carb gone through, comes with another carb. The engine compartment needs detailed,the fasten seat belt light is missing from the dash, but the reverse warning light is still intact. The dash bad needs replaced. Cosmetically this car looks great. Bumpers have been rechromed. A couple weeks work and very little money should turn this into a $20k PLUS car,as they were only made for 2 years. Suregrip rearend, but he doesn't know the ratio. After driving the car I would guess 3:23 or 3:55 gears. There is 1 small crack in the top of the grille that is barely noticable.
